Willow Place is Corby’s modern shopping centre development and first step in a much larger transformation of the town.  

Willow Place lies at the heart of Corby, a modern town surrounded by picturesque villages and countryside.

The town is being transformed thanks to a visionary programme of new developments that will see its population double in size to 100,000 in the next 20 years and create thousands of new jobs.  In addition to Willow Place, the town will benefit from the creation of brand new leisure and cultural facilities. It is already home to one of the highest achieving state schools in the country.
